1. Service Agreement

By using Moznafajaf's auto repair and maintenance services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Moznafajaf reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.

2. Payment & Pricing

• All prices quoted are estimates and may change based on actual work required
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, card, and bank transfer
• No refunds after service completion unless due to service failure

3. Warranty & Liability

• Parts and labor are guaranteed for 30 days from service date
• Moznafajaf is not liable for damage caused by improper vehicle maintenance prior to service
• Maximum liability is limited to the cost of service provided

4. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left on premises beyond 7 days will incur daily storage fees. Abandoned vehicles may be disposed of after 30 days with no liability to Moznafajaf.

5. Data & Privacy

We collect personal data for service purposes only. Your information is protected under Malaysian data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

6. Limitation of Use

You agree not to use our services for illegal purposes. Moznafajaf reserves the right to terminate service immediately for violations.

7. Changes to Terms

Moznafajaf may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of revised terms.
